All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental purchases. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was advertised. In these situations, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Our team will review the case and determine the appropriate solution.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging for any return approval related to defects or incorrect items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
